Training & Certification
Comprehensive Training Program Overview
This training consists of six months of structured digital learning, followed by an immersive seven-day in-person intensive in Sweden. The program begins on October 27, 2024, and concludes in May 2025, with certification awarded in April 2025. However, integration and follow-up calls will take place after the in-person intensive to solidify learning and growth.
Online Training (October 27, 2024 – March 30, 2025)
The online portion of the training spans five months of pre-onsite learning and one month of post-onsite integration. It includes:
- 12 live Zoom sessions, recorded and uploaded for future access
- 10 immersive biweekly masterclasses on Sundays
- A kickoff session on October 27, 2024
- Six monthly Q&A sessions on Thursdays
- Weekly assignments to reinforce learning
- Educational content drip-fed throughout the program
- Small-group mentoring (limited to 10 participants) led by Janna and Nico
You can attend the sessions live or access the recordings at a later time. While participation in live classes is highly encouraged, flexible learning allows students to catch up whenever needed. The final module will be conducted in person.
Ongoing Support
Throughout the training, Janna and Nico will be available for questions and feedback. Additional support includes:
- Weekly WhatsApp assistance (Monday–Friday)
- Written feedback only (no phone calls after responses are provided)
- Group mentoring and interactive discussions
Although there is no minimum set duration for completing the digital training, engagement in live sessions strengthens learning and helps ensure success in the final exam
In-Person Intensive (April 5–12, 2025, Sweden)
Held in a beautiful and secluded location immersed in Swedish nature, this immersive experience will ground and deepen your knowledge. This portion of the training is designed to be intense, emotionally demanding, yet profoundly rewarding.
During this phase, you will:
-
Plan and facilitate your own breathwork session, receiving direct feedback from the head teacher and fellow students
-
Practice multiple breathwork styles, ensuring a diverse skill set
-
Engage in deep experiential learning, enhancing your confidence and ability to hold space for others
-
Celebrate achievements with a graduation ceremony where you will receive certification
A final exam is required for certification. Failure to complete the in-person intensive means you will not be certified. While no one has failed the exam to date, missing significant online sessions could put certification at risk
Emergency Considerations
In case of illness or unavoidable circumstances, special accommodations may be made to fulfill certification requirements. This may involve completing additional assignments, delaying certification beyond April 2025, and extending the training period.
However, extra costs may apply, as Janna will need to personally oversee and adapt the program. This would involve private one-on-one sessions and personalized feedback, which would require an additional investment.

Breath work is a deeply transformative practice that requires devotion, love, integrity, and responsibility. At this moment in history, more healing modalities are accessible than ever before. Humanity is evolving, with an increasing need for integrative healing and authentic connection.
This training is designed for those who feel called to serve, heal, and create lasting impact—offering a path toward profound self-discovery and the ability to guide others through their healing journey with confidence and compassion.
What type of breathwork will be taught?
Ancient breathing practices have been around for thousands of years. That said, the craft itself is nothing new. Breathwork has been ‘rediscovered’ as a somatic healing modality by the modern world to support mental and physical well-being. Breathwork sessions, journeys, or ceremonies can vary widely depending on the facilitator, the breathwork technique they teach, and other incorporated somatic modalities.
They are working with a conscious connected breath (also called circular breath) with a focus on creating safe, ceremonial containers merging different modalities of breath, sound, and movement. Janna is an advocate of a more gentle and intuitive approach to breathwork in tune with the body’s natural intelligence and healing abilities. After years of self-practice, training in various healing modalities, and facilitating all over the world, Janna has developed her own style of breathwork journeying.
During this training, you will deeply immerse in the art of breathwork facilitation and learn how to hold space ethically, safely, and in integrity and with practice become a masterful pioneer of this sacred craft. Tools you work with intentional and ceremonial containers, vocal guidance and visualizations, high-grade essential oils, smudging herbs, sound healing tools, voice activation, and somatic practices before and during the breathwork journey, sharing circle, and post-breathwork integration tools.
